Quotation of the Visual Inspection
At Skydeck Inspections, we know time is of the essence regarding these deadlines that need to be met by January 01, 2025. With the assistance of the client providing information of the building(s), Skydeck Inspection will do everything in it's power to turn a quote around within 24 hours.
Review & Execution of the Contract/Proposal
After Skydeck Inspections submits their propoal to the client, there will be a quick discussion regarding the costs and details of the inspection.
Scheduling Your Inspection
Skydeck Inspections knows that the January 01, 2025 deadline is approaching fast, so we will do what we can to fit you in our schedule wherever we can to help expedite this whole process.
Perform the Visual Inspection
A certified inspector(s) will come out to perform a visual inspection of all exterior elevated elements to assess the waterproofing and if they are structural sound.
Submit Visual Inspection Report to the Client for Review
Skydeck Inspections will compile the information from the field inspection and compile it into a formal report for the client to review. If there are any recommendations, Skydeck Inspections will provide detailed information and possible next steps. Again, we are here to help you in any way can to streamline this process.
