Skydeck Inspections Team

The President/CEO of Skydeck Inspections has over 20+ years in the industry of multifamily construction. He has a background in Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, and working for a General Contractor building 150+ multifamily unit projects. He has worked closely with the top waterproofing contractors and specialists. He is now taking all that and putting it into these deck inspections to make sure that there is assurity and structural stability for them to be walked on. 

All professional inspections & reports are performed by a qualified California state-licensed Architect, Civil or Structural Engineer, Contractor, and/or certified ICC Inspector. 

All inspectors are E3 certified inspectors! Each inspector is required to take a training course on how to perform these special inspections, how to use app, how to document the findings, and compile a report for each client. After completion of the training, each inspector is now certified and supported by the Association of Professional Exterior Elevated Elements Inspectors.
